The payment is held by Faltah the moment a shipment is accepted, and reaches the courier only after delivery is confirmed by QR scan. It does not arrive? You get it back in full.
Every courier verifies their official ID before their first parcel, and that identity is bound to exactly one account. You know precisely who is at your door.
Your parcel travels straight from your city to the destination city without passing through a sorting centre. Delivered to the recipient's door, or to a branch or pickup point — whichever is available and suits you. Arrival is the same day or the next, depending on drop-off time and carrier movement.
