How is my money protected?+
It is held in escrow as soon as the shipment is accepted, and only reaches the courier after QR-confirmed delivery.
What if nobody takes my parcel?+
The offer widens automatically, and if it is still unclaimed within the window it routes to an approved carrier company.
How do couriers get paid?+
Earnings land in your wallet the moment delivery is confirmed, and transfer to your bank — 50 SAR minimum.
Can I cancel after paying?+
Yes, as long as the parcel has not been collected. The amount returns to your original payment method.
What is the weight limit?+
28 kilograms per parcel across the peer network.
What cannot be sent?+
Anything Saudi regulations prohibit: hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and legally restricted goods.
