Every shipment follows the same clear path, and you can see each step as it happens.
1 · Create the shipment
Set pickup city, destination and weight. The system returns the final price immediately — before you pay anything.
2 · Pay safely
The amount goes into escrow at Faltah. It moves to nobody until the parcel is genuinely in the recipient’s hands.
3 · We find a courier
The parcel is offered to travellers already driving that route. You see the courier and their rating before you accept.
4 · QR pickup
The courier scans the parcel code at collection. Live map tracking begins from that scan.
5 · Follow on the map
Watch the parcel move in real time, and message the courier in-app without exchanging phone numbers.
6 · Delivery and release
A second scan at handoff closes the shipment and releases the courier’s payment from escrow immediately.
